AvatarSince we were only allowed to enter one mens team to each tournament
Nottingham - Sun week 4, 3rd Feb
Bristol - Sat week 5, 9th Feb + party till Sun

I was wondering what preference you'd guys have of how to best organize this, as I expect we might have more willing to go than places, and I want to ensure everyone gets a chance to go to at least one tournament.
Thus a proposal would be to have say A-team go to Nottingham, B-team go to Bristol, in that way you get decent team training. Would this work?
Else if everyone interested in going listed their preferences and we'd see what the situation is from there.

Please also let me know if you'd be able to drive.
Cheers

AvatarNottingham is a fair way from Bristol; they may not venture so far south. As good as it would be to win Nottingham's tournament in their own pool, being realistic there may be a higher chance of winning the Bristol tournament if the A Team went to that instead.

There will be plenty of other chances to play Nottingham, and lets face it, there were only two teams ever going to make the final in last year's nottingham tournament anyway...

Not that I have anything to do with it these days though ;)

I'm sure the b team can beat nottingham if they can beat warwick a's! (no, that's not an invitation for a b's vs a's whopping on tues)

Avatarfor your info i'd quite like to go to the nottingham one, but am otherwise engaged for the bristol one... that's probably largely inconsequential, however.

I, Lord Tarquin Fotherington O'Toole, finds myself drawn between two most fabulous events on the Nottingham weekend, however one must not forget ones priorities. I take it on myself to suppose that my presence may not be required since there is a veritable abundance of A-team players, though one finds it most ungentlemanly to skulk away from the most worthy challenge of vanquishing Notttingham.

Do you perchance smoke the pink cigar?

I would also like to broaden my horizons somewhat and attend polo tournaments new and as yet untested by the men of Warwick.

Oh, what a dizzying conundrum I find myself in. Woe is me.

AvatarI would also vote for going to Nottingham as I have another albeit non-polo invite for the Bristol Weekend. However, my brother is in Bristol so that'd also be a good excuse for a piss-up.
