 | Hello. I'm going to the Leam again this week to do some slalom and polo training. If you want a lift down there, there's space for three, meeting at 14:30 outside the sports centre. Perhaps more people with cars would like to come and we can get a proper group training session going. It's time we learnt to throw like men, rather than little girls, and as such that will be a part of the session. G PS Don't you just love cute animals. |

 | Having said i'd like to go at the weekend i've now decided to revert back to my rather camp tendencies and go sailing. I'm going to try and alternate paddling and sailing on wednesdays from now on.
