AvatarHopefully someone will be wearing it tonight, its just a ball and paddle. Its more simplistic, depends what you prefer I guess!

"Polo is such a complex sport, can you really convey it in one silhouette picture?"

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.....One of the many gems on this thread.  This is one of the funniest conversations Ive ever heard....I thought we were trying to be serious? HAHA.

Do we have to do a G, Webbo and Matt (paint our faces black) in order to match with club kit too..?

Sorry, couldnt resist, proceed with the "seriousness".  If you'd ignored me in the first place, none of this zebra business would have happened.  Let that be a lesson.

Avatarzebra around the side might be complicated, because side is not a separate bit on the type of rashvests they do, it'd be cutting across the seams...

AvatarHere's the ball & paddles logo I made ages ago:

I'm not too keen on it personally - it's just something I threw together in 5 minutes, but seemed to stick. As I said it can be modified if that's what people want. I think the Latvian's logo would be quite good.

Does anyone remember this logo?

Or am I just showing my age now? :)

I really like both pictures... maybe one on rash vests and one on hoodies? Some people already have the ball and paddle on a hoody so stick it on the rash vest. Signe's design on the hoody. In Signe's one a player appears to be missing an arm or maybe it's just me that thought that?
Black and White is fine, I would prefer white sleeves and black body (simply because it is more slimming!!)

AvatarHaha, I'm sure I suggested zebra print for a laugh because it would make us look like pimps.

I like the ball and paddle logo, it's simple and neat, but I suppose it is a bit boring. I think the logo Signe likes is gay because I like causing arguments. I remember that logo Web.

'Who dares wins' is the motto of the SAS. I think we might be aiming a bit high trying to live up to that.

To be quite honest (and other cliches) I'm going to stick with my black rash vest because I've got one. No one sees anything other than your arms with a buoyancy aid on anyway. I like Ben's suggestion of the targets on the sleeves.

I suppose if we all looked the same we might look a bit more professional for the five minutes until I miss a shot at an open goal repeatedly. Our boats are a rag-tag mongrel mess at the moment anyway.

AvatarThe problem with targets on the sleeves is that more colours cost more and I don't think it'd work with black and white concentric circles.

I think we may be swaying towards the Latvians logo (except for the trouble making kit sec). How does that (or similar) in big across the back sound?

I thought 'Who dares swims' was the clubs motto so for continuity purposes and through a lack of any better suggestions shall we stick with that?

So, I suggest:
-Ditch the zebra idea
-Black vest all over (So we all look nice and slim) with white design and writing. Or other way, put it to a vote.
-Signe's logo in big across the back with 'Who Dares Swims' written underneath.
-'Warwick Canoe Polo' written on the arms
-Same on the front as the back but possibly slightly smaller.

Sounds good to me, much more simple and will probably look more professional. Still not sure about the logo though as the stick on stuff tends to come off after a while and not sure how much point there is an a weird elaborate design that will cost a lot if it will just rub off?

Oh, and webbo and G are way too old!
