| I've just had a fairly mad idea and I'm looking for someone (maybe more than 1 person) to help me with it...
On Saturday 24th February there is a fun run on campus for the Prince's Trust and I though it might be novel if I tried to negotiate the course wearing BA and Helmet and carrying a paddle and kayak in a webboesque manner (ref Slalom 08).
The course is about 5km and there is a prize (no idea if its any good, but thats not the point) for the most inventive way of going round the course.
Is anyone stupid enough to join me? Let me know.

 | You could get someone (light) to sit in a boat and have two people running carrying it! Might be hard though as boats are heavy enough as they are! |

 | I guess if you had a good system for carrying the boat it might be bearable. Wouldn't fancy it on my shoulder, though maybe I'm just being a woman. |

 | light boat obviously. Just heard that the team prize requires 5 people. With 5 we could feasibly carry someone in the boat (they'd need to be small) |

 | this requires a bit of imagination, but you could do this sort of thing with a kayak:
have blue crete paper hanging down at the sides as water (to disguise the legs), then build the kayak around you (make it out of cardboard or something). sounds like a blue peter make... madi? (you could put as much glitter on it as you want!)
