 | Avast ye. Would anyone like to join me on the Leam on Wednesday? If so, meet me at 1500 in the sports centre car park with all your gear ready to load on the car and go. Throwing, sprinting, lactic. What more could a man or woman want. If we got two cars going we could do a decent amount of throwing practice. G |
