 | So, what exactly is happening? Are they going to be good quality individual pictures fitted together somehow (as far as I understand, we only get one page, so if more of us do it hows that gonna be?) Or is the plan to have one picture together with like everyone stood in the river??? I'd def do an individual pic taken privately, but bit worried bout anything else... Or can we not just use this? ;)

 | I think the general plan was to get the whole of Football or Lacrosse etc. naked on their pitch, with balls covering balls etc. and take 1 photo with as many people in as possible, so that loads of people will buy the calendar. Then they'd do this for 12 different clubs. I asked if we could go "on location" by a river, but its not decided yet. |

 | There's going to be a professional photographer, it will be whole club shots with as many people in as possible. Would be cool to do it on a river but the Leam's nearest and there's always families near there so might just be in the pool! |

 | Is that piece recommending a Saxby for the position of God, or a piece by a Saxby, stating that he is in favour of God, or on God's side? |

 | I have no idea - I have never read the book. My Grand father had it on his shelf, ever since he picked it up at some book fair ages ago. |

 | Right - We need to think about what our photo should look like...
Gemma wrote:Dear Club Exec, Thank you so much for your interest in the Right To Play Naked Calendar, your support is really appreciated both from Warwick Sport and Right to Play and we hope to be able to raise as much money as possible for this great charity. We want as many people as possible to be in this calendar so we can sell a substantial amount and raise as much money as we can. Therefore please encourage as many of your members to get involved. We are hoping to take the photos during the first and second week or term, with hopefully a lot of photos taking place on the first Wednesday of term. So therefore please can you let me know your availability for the first Wednesday of term and if this is not possible and other times, maybe within your training sessions where you are willing for us to come along and take the photos. Please also have a think about how you would like your photo to look including club equipment etc which relates to your sport. I have attached two photos from the last calendar to give you some ideas. [ link ] [ link ] I also have the old calendar in my office if you want to have a look. If you are no longer able to take part in the calendar please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for all your help and see you next term. Gemma |
What do people think? Should we invite them to a Monday session? or maybe choose a different time, so that people who don't want nudity thrust upon them by surprise aren't scared away from the club? |
