How long does it take to get to cambridge and what time will you be leaving, if you have ever experienced Iains driving, you will apprechiate it will take him probably half as long as it would van and minibus!

Yeah I guess, multimap says it takes a bit under 2 hours, but then you add on boat loading, faff, finding the place in Cambridge, getting boats sorted and changed once there.. I guess we could do 3.30pm, but would that make that hell of a difference? I'd rather have those 30 mins extra to not have to stress if there happens to be a traffic jam or sth..

It only takes 1.5 hours from warwick. Trust me i did the journey a lot. Dunno which way multimap says, but just baz up the m6 to the a14 and then stay on it til you get there. Its only 80 miles after all. Someone will have to let me know what going down so's I can come meet you.

| m6 and a14 indeed seems the way to go. I'm guessing tournament will be in Leys School pool link but haven't received any info from Cambridge on the matter as of yet... We should aim to arrive there for 5.30pm. Meet at 3.30pm then? drivers, what you say?

we currently seem to have potential for a car of 5 which leaves at say 3:45, and a car of two which leaves a little later, just letting everyone else do all the legwork for them. madi would have to do something really nice in return: like maybe sacrifice a year of her life to look after the canoe club, or something. i could pick straws with ben to decide who has to go late...

just think about all the mcfly we'd get to listen to, I can see why you'd have to pick straws i suppose it's only fair, I just feel sorry that only one of you'd gets my company!

Right, shall we say Ben's car leave at 3.30pm. Iain, Madi and someone else leave whenever you guys want to leave then. but don't be late, we're a lady short as it is.. :p Tournament will be in a different place to what I previously thought. It's called Kelsey Kerridge Parkside Pools, Gonville Place, CB1 1LY So far going we've got - Ben, Iain, Rich, Nigel and Adam And Ladies - me, Madi, Sam and Cat (the ginger Birmingham one) will be coming down too :) and we're still a Lady short! And in any case if anyone else would like to come please do!!!
