 | Alright slags. Has anyone found the canoe polo training pages I put up useful? If so, which bits? Does anyone use the gym exercises bits? I'll add more anyway, just wondering. I intend to add more drills to it so people can make up their own training sessions on the Leam. G

 | Don't really get a massive chance to try the training bits, but I will get round to doing the weights, considering how weak and out of shape I am currently. I'm just far too lazy to go and do anything.

 | The front raise looks very questionable G and as you've pointed out so does the bent over raise.

 | My answers respectively are: Yes! The fitness and speed training drills are pretty good, do you have any more in the pipeline? Not me, I'm fat. Wicked, keep up the noble work.

 | Cool, glad to hear it.
There are a couple more lactic-type fitness ones that I'm going to steal from the Tees Tigers site and draw pictures for.
I'm going to put in a simple distance throwing/judging distance drill in.
I'll probably put in a few more gym ones to give alternative exercises for similar muscles.

 | Rip off lactic sessions appearing soon, complete with confusing complicated diagrams, depending on how busy the web-monkey is.

 | i have been doing some of the gym type ones and found them useful. Takes me a while to work out the diagrams but i think thats just coz im dumb. do you have any to make your back stronger or is that meant to happen through the other exercises anyway?
