AvatarCool.

I'll put some more weights exercises up when I have some time.

I'll put up some sort of more chasing formation, like two in a zone and two spread up the pitch, and 5 out, then that'll do as three defensive formations to work on.

By 'facing out' do you mean paddling back out of the zone once another player is coming in?

Yes, and then what follows on, i.e. where you should end up after you're "out" of the zone.

Avatar5 out and a two man zone with two chasing type defensive tactics are coming to training pages near you soon, webmonkey time permitting. Also, with a new multi-page format.

Avatari tuck it under one arm and roll with t'other - so's no cheaky blighter robs it from me...

but presumably you could stick it out and use it to aid the roll...

AvatarIf you cant get the hang of rolling with it in your hand, a way to ensure it doesnt get too far away from you when you roll is to push it down and onto your deck. When you roll up again it should be just next to you. Obviously this is no replacement for rolling with it as you have already dropped it!
