AvatarTraining pages now have an extra strength exercise and some attacking tactics added. Check them out, tell me if you find mistakes. Do it. Do it now.

Avatarattacking tactics are cool, just dont really understand this bit, might be me being a tool, or a mistake. its on the circulating bit

AvatarJust for the retarded, which picture do these player 1, two etc refer to?
Also, more for laziness, would it be possible to have a link at the top that scrolls the window straight down for you... all this scrolling tires a boy out you know...
