 | You may also like to remedy the broken links on the Canoe- Coaching section of the website. I would suggest the following links as replacements (though the BCU may decide to change them again.... as I think I have mentioned this in the past!). link link

 | A slight error on the tactics page. In the Attack section, under the sub-heading 'Create openings', below the first diagram 2nd point. "...ignored because the team know player four has no chance of ...". should it say player 1?

 | Cheers. Edited, and added to, to make that sentence clearer.

 | Wow, the Canoe coaching section is looking jazzed up now too! Good work! Another coaching acronym which I have found useful is for goal setting: Specific, Measurable, Agreed, Realistic, Timed (time phased, as in you have thought about their development long-term), Exciting and Recorded (SMARTER).

 | Without acronyms, I don't think I'd know the inside of a boat from the outside.

Thanks Hayden! Your post spurred me into doing some work on it. I will put up a section about targets (I'd forgotten about the SMARTER acronym) when I next do some editting! :)

 | I did some of your strength exercises at the gym last night you'll be pleased to know G! Didn't do the bench press ones though I think it's too heavy for me :(

 | Wahey! Good stuff Rachy Roo. Best to get a friend to help with bench press, or use light dumbells.

 | Pages now have 'page anchors' for easy browsing. Format of titles a bit nicer too.
Anyone got any suggestions of pictures to use as things to click on to link to the various pages, eg for throwing we could have the one and only Saxby winding up:
