|  | There is division 4 open and division 2 ladies.
It would be nice to put in a team of keen people in open division 4, mixed or not. Not sure if we'd have enough ladies for the ladies division.
A team sheet doesn't have to go in until 25th September. PGL is going to look at affiliation on Wednesday. It seems like we might be able to do this with all the BCU members knocking around. | Posted:

That is correct, you can't play down divisions, and can only play higher and go back to the lower division a small number of times, if at all I think. I'm only intending to whip up some enthusiasm, not play for the team.
This would hopefully be a Warwick team full of current students with a view to helping BUSA, but if there's space for old gits or Birmingham turn-coats we could fit them in. | Posted:

|  | Right then G has pointed out that the first tournament is 19th Sept. We can miss one this year so we could miss that if people can't make it.
By my reckoning people who have expressed (and are current students) are:
1 - Me
2 - Yellow
3 - Jon
4 - Blackmore
5 - Madi
6 - Einstein
Robb are you expressing an interest in playing or meerly expressing an opinion above?
Dom and Iain we will leave you out for now as I think priority should go to current students. Iain Brum may be doing it. I spoke to Spec about it a while ago so you may want to get on to them and see.
Does anybody else want to play?
G - do you know what the max squad size is? I thought it was 10 but can't find it anywhere to confirm.
If it is 10 there is space for 4/3 more people depending on Robb.
If we can get 5 of the above people (or others) free on the 19th I propose we go for it as then if something comes up later in the year we can miss one then if needed. I need to know asap whether we are playing or not to let them know.
