 | Well the year is over, and personally I loved it and thought the epic party was a great way to end the year, but what did the rest of you think? should we do it again, and if we do how could we improve it? serious suggestions please. |

 | YES - and make sure that they have a disabled peoples time on the bouncy castle. It hurt so much to not be able to bounce!
But seriously, yes this sounds like a very good plan! |

 | i thought the decorations were the best bit, though serious thought it would have been abit awefull if it had rained next year prehaps we should considered having an inside bit aswell so if the weather is awefull the party doesnt have to stop. |

 | I had an amazing time and pretty much everything went as planned. Here are my views/breakdown:
Location - Perfect. Cheap and had everything we wanted, except maybe more chairs/tables next time.
Marquee - Very decent. Also waterproof as was proved the next day! Only annoying thing was having to travel far to pick it up. Might be better to rent one locally?
Bouncy Castle - Brilliant fun. Really big and really appeals to people's inner child :p Just gotta much sure we get as much use of it as possible before it gets dark.
Decorations - Great job Madi. Balloons, burners etc really helped with the mood. I think we need a few slightly stronger electric lights next time perhaps?
Booze - Excellent, we just needed more ale!
Food - Obviously I'm going to be a tad critical! I think we went a little too crazy and went with quantity over quality. We had 120 burgers and wasted about 40 of them! Perhaps fewer and better quality stuff next time, with a few more side dishes to make sure the price tag of the party is worth it.
Speakers/Music - Great. Plenty of tunes and great quality audio.
Overall it was a fantastic evening and thank you so much to everyone who helped out, and also attended. Next year should be bigger and even better! |

 | I thought it was really fun, but i agree more lighting would have been good.
I think maybe not BBQ food as i'm sure everyone had been eating the same for 2 weeks!
But otherwise, it was epic :)
inflatable wrestling thing next year? |

 | Epic party was awesome, thanks very much to the exec, I know it was a lot of work! I particularly liked the croquet!
I probably agree with Madi that it worked really well this year because it was sunny but it might have been less successful in the rain so an inside bit would be good if possible. |
