Hun? As far as I'm concerned that's a xenophobic slur used to describe a German. As in: "That's not a bratwurst, it's a sausage, you dirty hun".

Careful the german in question understands that meaning, otherwise you could end up with a very up close and personal demonstration of a true german bratwurst.
