 | The entries for the National Student Rodeo close on 7th Feb, so I need to know who wants to go by the end of this Friday please. Details of the event can be found here. There is also a Facebook group with photos from last year here.
We have never been as a club before, but some people went last year, so ask them what it was like. As far as I know it is a freestyle event at Nottingham white water course, with a party. I am guessing a bit like BUSA Salom, but instead of going between the poles, you have to do tricks (and the water is more exciting).
The club will either go to this or run a river trip for this weekend, depending on demand, so:
- if you desperately want to go to Rodeo, post here and say so.
- if you desperately want to go to on a river trip, post here and say so. The hardness of the trip will depend on who signs up.
- if you want to go on some kind of trip that weekend but are not fussed which, post here and say so, and I will sign you up for whichever trip is chosen.
The club will organise and subsidise the trip for which there are most people signed up for (here) on Friday Morning, and anyone left out can organise themselves based on who posted here and doesn't want to go on the club trip.
This will hopefully lead to happiness all round, since everyone will get what they want :-D
