AvatarAlso, bear in mind, there's a very good chance all the pitches won't be running at the same time (ie, hopefully one of those pitches may be running horribly late). So maybe just keep an eye on how the play is running?

I suggest we stop this "shotgun" business, it's probably best to just let Cloughy and Nicky sort out what boats each team gets.

words of wisdom

And Noj, 8:18AM is second game played that morning, it won't be running late enough to avoid the A team, Ladies clash.

They will not change the playlist because of this. 153 games will be played on Saturday alone, the guys are a bit busy...

AvatarI believe the organisers normally have a complete set of kit available to borrow for clash situations.

AvatarMatt can't come on the Saturday, but will be joining us on Sunday - so the old gits have got to get through to day 2 for him.  Also, Pete Webb is likely to be coming up on Saturday morning, and will be driving through Coventry if anyone needs a lift.

Loading van email says:
Quote:
Hey dudes,

afraid van will still need to be loaded by 10AM tomorrow. Please turn
up to help me load the last bits and pieces and to drop off anything
you've packed (esp. don't forget alcohol, you won't be able to take
that on minibus!).

If you'd rather drop anything off tonight already, van should be
around, and Joe said I should be able to get keys. So ring me between
7-8pm and you can put stuff away when we get back from Leam training.
Else you can leave it in polo cupboard right by the plastics. But call
me to let know.

Cheers,
Latvia

To note email says:
Quote:

Yo dudes again,

Just so that everything goes smooth this weekend and everyone is
aware

Please always return ALL kit to the same place where well keep it
during the tournament and dont let it spread all over the place!!!!!

(If anyone comes around asking to borrow something, direct them to
myself, Andy (or be super duper sure that it wont be needed by
ourselves and be super duper responsible for it being delivered back
to you personally, and let me know when you next see me).

Last year after competition had ended and van had been loaded I
thought Id do a last stroll.. and found a Combat!! that someone had
left far out by the lake.. Not to mention how easily paddles and
smaller kit go missing even after a Warwick tournament.

When minibus gets to campsite, remember to leave 3m between all
tents and make sure therell be enough space for the many people
arriving later (some further 4 tents).

Please start taping up paddles and such, because kit will need to
go through scrutineering the sooner the better on Friday. And if you
find any items that are not clearly Warwick marked, Ill have some
markers and van keys will be somewhere with me at refs course..

Cheers,

Signe

Thanks, no idea why it didn't work for me but I think it was a GMail problem. Looking at the full message data all of that text was actually there. Thanks anyway.
