The legendary new years trip is nearly here once again. Sign up is open. So what you waiting for?? Sign up and get ready for an awesome new year!!
When: Wed 30th Dec 2009 to Wed 6th Jan 2010
Where: Inchtree, Highland
Who: Anyone who has had a fair amount of experience on river running. Unsure? Ask another member if you are a high enough standard.
How: The number of spaces relies on who can drive with their cars or not. So if you can drive please let me know. (there have already been a few who have offered)
Cost: about £105 for accommodation plus about £40 for petrol (both trips)

 | I can drive - though like G I'm keen to hit some good rivers weather permitting. Also, if it rains as we're leaving (which it always seems to) I'd probably want to stay up there a few more days - so if there were 2-3 others interested in that to throw in my car it would keep options open.
Also as with G, if I'm causing a pain then I'm happy to sort my own life out if necessary!

What hostel are you staying at (and is it close enough to Fort William to go to that crazy pub on New Years Eve)? |

Nice to hear you're joining us Kate, it's not close enough to Fort William to go the the Nevis bar unless a lot of people don't want to drink (I certainly wont be driving on New Years Eve) but there is a pub on the site.

| Awesome... may book a place in the hostel in Fort William town centre, stayed there last year and it was really nice (open fire and everything, very friendly).
Are you bringing a minibus? Only one person would have to not drink then... it would be a shame to miss the drunk-dad-at-a-wedding dancing! |
