| Team Tart return! All of the rivers were frozen, not just cold but actually solid ice with snow on top. I walked across the Etive. Lots of walking, a bit of skiing, and a disturbingly large number of Arnie films (plus a little bit of paddling by Iain and Steve) made for a surprisingly good trip.

I would have said "a suitably large number of Arnie fims". What were you thinking.
Brilliant trip, one of the best, even though for me no canoeing was involved. Cheers all. Skiing rocks, who would have thought it?

Not really, the fall was still running but lots of ice around. You can sort of see it in this picture, but there's a tree it the way, it was difficult to get a better angle without standing somewhere that would lead to slipping into/onto the river.
