| | Following on from my poor show of last term, I actually am going to do a RULES COURSE in the next few weeks!
The couse will be theory based, with the chance to practice in training sessions. It will be mainly aimed at people wanting to learn to referee, but, it will also be useful to anyone who feels a little rusty on their rules.
I must stress that this will not be for an official qualification, as I am not qualified to do that...... however, you might get a certificate!!
The provisional date will be the afternoon (2 or 3 o'clock) of Wednesday 22nd February (Week 8). It will last for two hours. I will let you know the exact time when I have confirmed the room booking, and also tell you more about the format nearer the time. Please e-mail me to confirm that you would like to attend. ()
I would really love to get as many people there as possible, even if you aren't wanting to referee!

| | RULES COURSE - UPDATE
The finalised date/time for the polo rules course is:
Wednesday 22nd (Week 8) from 2-4 o'clock in Meeting Room Six (Union North).
It would be great to get as many people along as possible. If you can make it, come along! The course will be quite informal, interactive and really, really useful to players and budding referees alike.
If you are coming, please e-mail me () as soon as possible so I know how many are coming. That way I can get your handouts (yes, handouts - ooooh, aaaah!) ready.
