 | Exciting news!
We’ve been invited to Cardiff University polo tournament which will be taking place on 24th and 25th March. This is the weekend of the 1st week into Easter holidays. We’d have to be leaving on Friday. It’s a two day outdoor tournament so excellent pre-BUSA practice!
There is apparently a massive Dirty Disney themed party in their union on Saturday.
Cost is 15quid per player, including accommodation with breakfast and entrance to Saturday party (although Frodo will see if some of it can be subsidized, and tell you soon about transport cost).
Please post here if you will be around and would like to come! It’s open to everyone. At the moment I’ve got a form that lets us enter up to 3 teams (A, B and Ladies), but I’ll phone up and check tomorrow. They need to receive the form with numbers and payment by end of Feb though, so do post now if you are interested, and there will be an e-mail and more details soon. |

Transport will now be as usual - contributions will be required, hopefully Lucy will let you know roughly how much that will be - a few coins. Despite our transport account being pretty much empty I've spoken with the powers that be in the sports centre and we can fiddle the accounts; so you wont need to pay ALL the transport money yourself as was originally planned, only HALF.
cost per person for the rest of the weekend - INCLUDING ACCOM, BREAKFAST AND PARTY ENTRY will be LESS THAN fifteen quid (ie transport will be ON TOP of this) how much less than fifteen will be found out next week.
post interest by MONDAY 6PM at the latest.
