Sunday, 7- 10th, BBQ site 1
Bring your own food/ bbq/ tipple/ blankets/ games/ entertainment, and be warned we can only cook till 9 so if you're late you'll be hungry...

 | is there a backup plan? anyone got a big tarp? could rig a group shelter or two over an area (assuming the presence of trees)- would prob only be enough room to keep the rain off the actuall bbqs... |
